As if by magic, here are the most popular letterhead. The list is sorted according to traffic - most-viewed first - and is inherently unfair due to older letterhead naturally having been viewed more. Until I think of an alternative though:

Letterhead used in 1955 by Harvey Kurtzman, the founding editor of Mad. This was the year of its revamp, as Mad evolved from groundbreaking comic book to incredibly successful magazine.
